Refund Policy

Please note that all candles are hand poured, so shade & shape may slightly vary. All of our candles are made to order and can't be returned.  Exchanges are accepted only for damaged items.

Damaged goods

If your goods arrive significantly damaged, please notify us within 2 business days from when you received the goods by emailing us at hollyandwick@outlook.com with the below information.

* a copy of your initial purchase receipt 

* a picture of damaged goods including description of the issue

* Your full name, address, email and contact phone number

We may arrange for the goods to be returned to us by way of courier/post at no expense to you. Once Holly & Wick Candles received those damaged goods, full replacement will be arranged within a reasonable time frame.
